Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At CAUTILYA CAPITAL, we provide software tools for algorithmic trading. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate allocation of computing resources upon subscription or credit purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise below.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate charges resulting from a payment gateway error.
• Prolonged platform outages (exceeding 48 hours) that entirely prevent the use of the service. Note: Broker-side API failures do not qualify as platform outages.

To request an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

4. Free Trials

If you are participating in a free trial, your access will automatically terminate at the end of the trial period unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. We do not charge you automatically at the end of a free trial without your explicit consent.
